Step 2: Acknowledgement
We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
Step 3: Review
We investigate facts, review relevant records, and reply with a reasoned response within 14 business days.
Step 4: Escalation
If unresolved, you may request a second review and receive an additional written decision.
